While I was in Chicago I was able to snap a picture of someone who lifted their old mid-80′s Oldsmobile car and put $5000 worth of rims and tires on a car worth $800.  Not only does it look stupid in my humble opinion, I got to observe it driving down the freeway swimming between the grooves.  I have started seeing more and more of these types of modifications to old cars which not only boggles the mind but makes me ask “What kind of a moronic idiot does this to a car??”
